Definitely buy it when you arrive. Have compared our prices with other countries when traveling and always end up buying it here. Plus spirits are sold in bigger bottles. If you havent exceeded your duty free limit, you can bring in 3 bottles of spirits. Looks like DFS is the only store selling alcohol at the airport, in and out-bound.
