Question #3 What is the best airline to fly? I'm guessing Air Newzeland is it?
THANKS, This forum is always so helpful!
Err, which islands exactly?? There are only a few thousand inhabited ones in the Pacific, and I doubt that Air New Zealand is going to drop you off at any of them for free.
Air NZ flies ex Vancouver, not Toronto - you'll probably find it cheaper to get the cheapest flight you can to LAX, and then come over on Air NZ, Qantas or Tahiti Nui - this is the one that will give a layover on Tahiti.
Air Tahiti Nui flies each Wednesday New York to Auckland, via Papeete (Tahiti), where you could have a stopover. Means you have two short flights either end however. Perhaps see a travel agent for Air New Zealand, Air Pacific, and Qantas schedules that include other Pacific Islands (eg Fiji).
