Poli now advise-

*If these funds have left your bank account, they'd be in the Jetstar bank account.

How about I email them for you, ask them to locate the funds and issue the ticket to you?*

I expect that you may need to get a statement from ANZ stating that funds have been withdrawn/forwarded ( towards the correct recipient hopefully ), one also from POLI saying likewise and hopefully from both or just POLI to show a tracking number if that is how their system works and then front the airline.
But if ANZ say they've gone, airline says Uh uh, maybe the heavier drinkers at POLI saw potential for an early afternoon on you!

if you have lost your seats by the time they find your payment, they will refund the money for you. If you have purchased sale seats - tough luck you lose, been there done that with them.

Ian - POLI doesn't have the horrible inflated charges associated with it as does credit card/paypal do.

Can you still direct debit with them? Just wondering why I would go thru the hassle of POLI if I could just DD.

I use poli when I fly Virgin, I have a debit card and have found it very good, only trouble its only available if you book in Australia, so when booking a flight from Fiji to Aus I have to pay the card charges.

Jetstar now tell me that my payment has been received, but it is 'unverified'.

Once it is 'verified', whatever that means, I will get my ticket.
