Can anyone suggest a really good travel site where I can get distances or driving times between places?

I am trying to work out the driving times for or distances between:

Syndey to Murwillumbah

Murwillumbah to Mt Warning

Murwillumbah to Bryon Bay

Bryon Bay to Sydney

Will break this section into two days, as I recently read that the Mid NSW Hinterland drive between Coffs Harbour and Armidale is really beautiful.

Many thanks

Yes try NRMA - travel planner on here..
IME Sydney to Mur'bah (without checking on there!!) about 10 hours on the road; Mur'bah to BB about an hour tops. BB to Sydney about 9 hours on the road.

Normally you wouldn't be driving between Coffs and Armidale to go that way but I guess you could if you want to spend a bit of extra time on the road.

If for any reason you don't like the NRMA planner, I'm loving the Google Maps one.

ontheroad is close to spot on with times (but they allow little time to pause and smell the roses). M'bah to Mt Warning, about 20 minutes.

You're right! The drive from Coffs to Armidale via Bellingen is brilliant. Be sure to stop off at all the National Parks along he way.

The drive from Grafton to Glen Innes is pretty good, too. A fine drive would be the loop (Grafton / G I / Armidale / Bellingen/ Urunga) and back down along the Pacific Highway.

Doesn't anyone else use maps printed on paper anymore?
Academic curiosity, why Murwillumbah?

Personally Groo I'm also a paper map fan. I have no idea where I am without one.

Travelmate.com.au

And the NSW hinterland is nice, you will enjoy it.

Agreed! And the amount spent on one of those satellite navigation gizmos would buy a lot of maps and guidebooks. In travel I like to be the one who makes my decisions, not some subcontinental programmer.
