Hi
Hope this post won't break any rules, if so i'm sorry.
I'm DESPERATE to go back to Australia after using my WHV last year, but i didn't do the seasonal work required to get a 2nd WHV.
Does anyone know anyone who might be willing to sign me off the 3 months seasonal work, in return for payment? I you do, please send me a message.
Thanks

sorry i dont mean to sound like a bitch but if you are desperate to be in oz why didnt you DO the 3mnths while you were there?

Yeah hindsights a bitch eh? ;) I assumed getting a work visa for OZ would be easier than it actually is. If i knew what i know now, TRUST me i would of done some.
You are asking someone else to breal the law on YOUR behalf, with all the attendant risks.
Pathetic.

No more than whats already happening from what i've been told. Several of the people i met travelling only worked 3-4 weeks seasonal work, and their employer signed off the 3 full months anyway. So it sound pretty rife.

Woah jesus, i knew my post MIGHT be a bit iffy, but i didn't realise i'd piss so many people off! And all for asking a question, damn.
A Simple "No, you won't be able to do this, and i would advise from doing it as it's illegal" would of surficed, instead of calling me pathetic.
Theres no harm in ASKING A QUESTION is there?, Or have i got the idea of a Message Forum wrong?
:)

according to TT terms and conditions you shouldnt use this board to

Quote

breach any intellectual property rights law or discuss how to commit illegal activity

and thats aside from the fact that many of us also wish we could have visas for places but cant get them. difference is we are not willing to break the law

OP - before finding someone who may do this for you - have you checked out what other proof you have to have. I would have thought the powers- to- be would have thought of this and would require you to prove with payslips or tax records of somekind that you have actually done the work.
Worth doing a bit more research me thinks.

OK, sorry then my bad, i thought it might break some rules, but i wasn't sure. If anyone can delete the thread, i apologise. I'd edit it myself, but it doesn't appear to have this feature.
Sugoi = Yeah, as far as i've read from the Immigration website, they need proof of working, such as payslips, tax records etc, but even a written reference from an employer would do, this is why i think the system is getting abused by people i've met so far.
Apologises people, i didn't mean to piss anyone off, was just curious.
