Apparently mouthwash is about 37% alcohol and is now being found in the TOdd River along with 750ml beer bottles by the council rangers. :-(

Given the choice of sharing a train seat with someone stoned on cheap wine or someone stoned on mouthwash I know which I'd prefer, but the mouthwash I buy costs somewhat more than cheap wine.
