Where can I find Wifi avail for my laptop in Bangkok?

Starbuck coffee shop.. in major departmentstore

I asked a couple of times at different starbucks stores in BKK, but never managed to find one having the wifi hot spots. One of their managers told me "they are working on it". The last time I asked was around may this year. Do they now have wifi in any Starbucks store in BKK? Can someone confirm from first hand?

All Starbucks in Thailand - and I think the world - have WiFi or installation imminent. They all seem to have lots of people using computers and not drinking. The Siam Square ones certainly have and the Pattaya ones also. You can buy a little gadget that will let you know when you are in an area with WiFi.

Wi-fi at Starbucks is not free, unless you're a post-paid DTAC customer.

If you have a coffee at the Landmark Coffee Shop, you can piggyback on their WiFi.

any other wifi spots available now? any on khao san road? of on the islands?
