Sending stuff home

What is the cheapest and easiest way to send stuff home from Thailand.

We got a bit greedy at the market the other night and bought just too much stuff to carry in our backpacks.
Does anyone know of a cheap way of sending stuff home (Ireland).

Send it via "sea mail" at the local post office. It takes a couple months to arrive. Don't put anything too valuable or breakable in the box though. Mine have always arrived at their destinantion, although sometimes the box looked like it had been handled by a pack of monkeys. If we're just talking clothes and souveniers it should be fine.

I've sent 3 or 4 packages home from Thailand by "sea mail" and economy airmail. One I sent last June arrived back in the UK in December, but mostly it's taken only a few weeks for the stuff to make its way back home.
