latest ferry from Koh Samui to Koh Tao

Hi everyone,
our plan so far is to travel by train from Ayuthaya to Bangkok arriving approx 9:10am, then we will be flying to Samui and onto Koh Tao. From all the sites I can find the latest ferry from Samui to Tao is 12:30, is this right? Are there any later in the afternoon?
Also if you could give me an idea of how long it would take to get from the train station to the airport?

The last Seatran ferry, which is located very near to the airport, will leave Samui at 13.30. You will need to arrive on Samui around noon, in order to be able to collect your luggage and make it over to the pier in Bang Rak. The Seatran pier is about 10 to 15 minutes away from the airport by car, if at all.

In case you don't make it in time, the Samui Mermaid resort has very cheap rooms for the night and is almost within walking distance to the ferry but they provide free transfers to/from the airport and ferry.

Does anyone know if this is still the case?

We arrive 2pm in Koh Samui, will be need to wait until the next day to get a ferry to koh tao?

Yes the last ferry from Samui to Koh Tao is still the Seatran 13:30 everyday
