Ferries in Thailand

Hello! I'm going to Thailand for new year, first I will go to Bangkok and after to Phuket, I'm going to spend a few days in Khao Lan, and after for new year to Patong, I would like to visit the beaches more famous of Thailand, I was doing research by internet and I found certain companies that travel from one island to another. if someone can recommend me one company in particular or what was your experience with ferries.

I went to Phuket in May, I used phuketferry for my ferry trips, they are generally better, the customer services are fast, so it was simple, you have more options on the internet if you want to buy tickets online and you can buy tickets in the Dock so well, but in my case I prefer to be prepared.

What are the companies you found on he internet? And what islands are you talking about? Hard to comment on something unknown.

pick an Island and go to the ferry in phuket and buy your ticket. Patong is a beach in phuket. you can buy ferries tickets all over phuket and have them take you to the ferry. not a bad way if your not for sure where you are going.
