Can anyone recommend any good guesthouse near Tonsai-PHi PHI?

hi ,im travelling to Phi Phi and was looking to stay in one of the nice guesthouses near Tonsai-Loh Dalum parts but they all seems to be quite expensive>Im a backpacker,i do not want to pay 4000 Thai Baht for accomodation.Can anybody recommend anything that might be more within our budget? (maybe 2000 ?)

I've always fancied Phi Phi Viewpoint which has an elevated position with great views of Loh Dalum. I'm sure it is closer your budget than 4000.
A bit further out from town on the opposite coast with similar nice outlook is Bay View.

You might check the places I list in the uphill Soi Viewpoint/water tower area of east Ton Sai and the in the newish Rock Climbing Bungalow area at the far western end of Ton Sai beach - I aim to stay at both areas next trip - I tend to stay budget, much lower than 2k.
