I'm brief visit of two days to Koh Kood and attempting to maximize my time. It looks like the best way to go is the 23.30 bus from Ekami to Trat which will enable me to take the first ferry to the island which seems to be at 09.00.
Would anyone know if that's the most efficient journey or if there's an earlier boat? The bus arrives at about 05.00 so don't really want to hang around for hours if it can be avoided.
Also any accommodation in the 1000 to 1500 baht range appreciated.
