Apologies if this has already been asked a million times but how do they feel about women showing bits? I don't plan on walking around Bangkok naked but was just wondering if it's ok to wear strappy vests and short shorts because that would show legs and a bit of boob. Is this acceptable? And how are they about bikinis?

Where can I find Wifi avail for my laptop in Bangkok?

My understanding is that you can take pepper spray on the plane in the U.S. as long as it is checked-in with the luggage. Can anyone confirm this?

My second question is whether it is legal to have it in Thailand. Specifically, I don't want any grief in Thai customs nor do I want to get arrested for having it in the streets, jungles, surf, etc. Any insight on this would be appreciated.
