Looking for nest hotel to book in Bangkok in centre. I want a high rise with great views of the city!

we plan to go slow from bangkok to koh kood and were thinking of doing a stop in chanthanburi.
is there anything else along the way worth checking out?
maybe a national park / elephant sanctuary / rice fields / ...
we are really open for anything.

Hi. Hopefully a simple question but I’m struggling to find the answer...

Our flight lands at Phuket Airport at 10:05am on 6th February. Is there any way of getting from there to Koh Lanta by boat on the same day? If so, could someone describe how to do it? I’ve seen conflicting information about whether it is possible. Any advice much appreciated.

Hi, my friends and I are travelling Thailand Cambodia Vietnam Myanmar then finishing in India with a group trip, a guy I was speaking to at STA travel (UK) said that in Thailand there are hostels which are not online and are considerably cheaper than the ones that are online, can anyone tell me if this is true or not and where can I find them? In late May I'm going to be in Krabi for a couple of days then Khao Sok for a about 5 days before heading to Hat Yai to transit to Koh Lipe for 10 days . I usually hire a car, but was wondering if its really worth it? It will obviously be useful in getting to Hat Yai where I would drop it. Is there anything of interest between Krabi and Hat Yai? The car hire through AVIS is only 750 baht a day so maybe the convenience alone is worth it?

I am traveling Thailand with two friends in late January until the beginning of February (3weeks).
We have a rough plan where we would like to go. But no idea if it is to much for three weeks and how to get from one place to another or which order would be best.

Tried booking on Thai Railway site (Bangkok to Hua Hin) for Feb 13th yesterday and it seems all trains are full already. The holiday officially starts Feb 16th, and the 13th being a Tuesday didn’t think it would be a problem booking over a month out.

But on 12goasia it is showing tickets are available in second class fan - not our first choice, but it will do if they are reliable. But how do they have tickets if the official site does not?

I'm going to Thailand in march and am having trouble deciding where to go.
We have 20 days, and are already decided to go to: Bangkok, Rayley and Phi Phi.

But we still have a "free" week and need help to decide:
1) Should we go to Ko Lipe and Chiang Mai?
2) or should we seize this opportunity and fly to Bali (speding a day in Nusa Lembongan)?

I would love to hear from all whom already travelled to this places.
We love beautiful beaches and are excited to meet different cultures.

I am interested in studying Naturopathy and additional Alternative Medicines in Thailand. I need some information in regards to any universities and or colleges which offer these courses.

Thus far, I have found a few options simply by searching on google, although after further investigation I discovered these colleges are offering bogus degrees!
And so, any info on reputable colleges would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone know if it is still cheaper to book a one way flight from Bangkok to London in a bucket shop in BKK rather than online. Anyone have an idea of cost for this? Thanks
