Where is the ULTIMATE place to stay in Phuket or Phi Phi in June?

Thanks for reading! I was in Thailand 2.5 years ago and went all over except to Phuket and Phi Phi etc... Now we're booked to travel from Vancouver CA to Thailand for our honeymoon in mid June for 18 days... Phuket and Phi Phi are definitely on our list!

Our best man and maid of honour have given us a few nights stay in ANY place we want in Thailand... Can anyone make a suggestion for a beautiful place to stay in Phi Phi or Phuket (money not an issue)? Would one place be better than the other as a honeymoon? We're looking to "live it up" for a few days, then traveling within normal budgets as it'll be out of our own pockets...

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I would have a look at Zeavola on Phi Phi. I have stayed there before, and I can tell you that it is quite nice.

Well on Phuket and if money is not an issue.....

How about being pampered in The Amanpuri on Pansea Beach...??....Looks ultra good...!!...and exclusive...!!

Or How about trying The Trisara on Laguna/Bang Tao Beach...!!??.....Fabuloso...!!

And then on your own budgets....A guest house for around 500 baht including air con and TV...??...

I would do the budget thing first and then hog it up at the Resorts....!!!

Well, IMO don't bother with either. Their glory days are long gone. Phuket, perhaps, but only well away from the tourist trail.

I'd go to Patong Beach, Phuket. Good hotel values and a great party town. If you want peace and quiet and boredom, however, you'll have to look elsewhere (and get advice from someone else than me, sorry!).
