HI EVERYONE.

I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED MY FLIGHTS ETC AND THE ACCOMODATION. BUT I HAVE PAID THE DEPOSIT ON A VILLA IN KOH SAMUI, THAILAND TO HAVE IT FROM 1ST OCTOBER UNTIL 1ST APRIL (6 MONTHS). IT IS REALLY NICE (IVE BEEN THERE BEFORE), IT HAS A SWIMMING POOL, IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE BEACH AND IS IN A RELATIVELY QUIET AND SAFE AREA NOT FAR FROM NATHON. ALONG WITH ONE OTHER VILLA, THE TWO VILLAS ARE ON THEIR OWN AND ARE NOT PART OF A VILLA RESORT.

VERY CHEAP - £750 FOR THE 6 MONTHS

2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS AND 1 TWIN.

i'm definitely interested. Just been made redundant so this may be a nice way to wile away the next 6 months till the industry improves.

Anyone got any advice on this - avoiding potential scams etc...

41k THB a month is more likely price for Samui-- not 6k a month. you get what you pay for.

lol thats cool. well what sort of information would you like? its not scam haha, if you were genuinely interested i could prove it to you before any payment or anything - My parents own the villa which is why its so cheap. how old are you? - im only 18 if it makes any difference.
