I checked the prices at some of the yoga links in Bangkok and they seem very expensive (400 450 bt for 1 class). That's not much less than what I pay in Southern California.

Anyone know a cheap/good/clean yoga place in Bangkok?

Tks,

Thai Yoga = Thai Massage
Quote - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massage:
Ancient Thai Massage

Also known as passive/assisted yoga or Thai bodywork, it is usually soothing because of its emphasis on stretching and loosening the body. It is also known as Ancient massage because its roots go back far into history, originating in India and then becoming popular in Thailand.

www.thaiyoga.com/about/about.html#photo

Traditional Thai Yoga Therapy

Yoga Traveller in Phi Phi.....has anyone had any experience with it. Package for a week includes accommodation and a morning yoga session and evening stretch/meditation. Extras include diving. However, when looking at cost of resort and extras like diving by themselves, the amount left over seems like a lot for just a morning session and a bit of stretching in the evening. Any advice?
