oishii grand is 1000 baht? when they first opened up, they were 650 baht. boy. talk about inflation.

regarding ramen... one of my japanese friends introduced me to this place called "ramen tei". their ramen is incredible.

for about 140 baht, you can get a big bowl of some of the best soup noodles that you have ever tasted. the soup was so good, I drank it to the last drop. as for the vegetables they put in the bowl, they are so tasty that I can't begin to describe how good they are.

there are 3 or 4 ramen tei restaurants in bangkok that I know of. 2 in the silom area, and one in sukhumvit soi 33/1 alleyway. I know that there is another but where exactly, I don't know offhand.

there are many other ramen places in bangkok, but if you haven't tried "ramen tei", you haven't tried the best - in my opinion.

enjoy!
