My flight does not arrive into Bangkok until 2 pm on June 4th. From Bangkok, I can fly to Phuket or Krabi, but neither get in before the last ferry leaves for the Phi Phi Islands. Any recommendation as to which city is best to leave from if I plan to catch the first ferry in the morning to Koh Phi Phi Don?

This may be too late for this thread now, but in my research, you'll pay slightly more (not much, about 100 Baht) from the Krabi side, but if you're not planning to overnight, based on ferry schedules, you'll get an extra hour on Phi Phi. That said, if you're looking to do a one-day thing, Krabi side is going to give you a little more opportunity to explore.
