Hi,
I am currently in Koh Lanta, flying out of Phuket on Sunday. The weather is forecast bad for the next few days. I know the forecasts are not that reliable, but if its anything like today ( 3 x 30 min thunderstorms) then its hard to do much outdoors. Would heading back to Phuket early, or possibly going to Krabi for a few days be better options if it's going to be wet? I'm thinking there might be more to do!

You would still get wet but like#1 I agree head to Phuket and do not get stuck

Personally I like Krabi but in some years the flooding in the South can be bad and I would aim to be nearer the airport just in case
