Hi all
Hoping someone can recommend somewhere to stay at Phi Phi Island in March 2008. I was there pre-Tsunami and stayed at PP Charlies Beach Resort. Looking for something similar..ie air conditioned bungalow, nice comfty bed budget of around AUD$100 per night give or take some. Can't seem to find anything similar...everything seems to be so much more expensive now.
Appreciate any tips you can give.

There are some pretty nice midrange places. I reckon Long Beach is the best location on the island - The Beach Resort might fall into your budget range in March and the beachfront bungalows of Paradise Pearl and Paradise Resort are in great locations. Long Beach is the nicest beach with easy access to town. If you want something closer to town, I have always liked the look of Bay View. Even closer, still with killer views, is Viewpoint.
