I found this web archive site that lets you see websites as they were at different points in time:

Here are some historical listings for the LP and Thorntree:

(You can get to older Thorntree posts via some of the older LP pages. Oldest I found working 1997 People even used their real names!)

The older the archive the less complete it is but there's enough there to see that the discussions haven't change much over the years.

Plenty of vintage Tezza, ProfFart, Girlrig, steve252, Kanaga (deleting back in the day), etc if you dig around.

What a shame you can't see the replies!

Fascist_Basher was Lincoln when I used to be able to make him froth out 24/7, especially when I once jokingly posted about beating the servants.

Actually Webme, I don't thin MrK posted that. Rather looks like the work of one of the gimps (possibly Tanks eh Tezza?) to me!
