Mae Jo Lantern Release 2015

I read online and apparently it's sold out :(

In the past there has been a free event at Mae Jo University but apparently there is a big question as to whether or not that event will run this year. The event that costs $100 per person is sold out and I believe that is held behind Mae Jo University. I am hoping that someone will have an update regarding the free event as to whether it will run this year and other details as to how to get there, how early to get there, etc.
