Koh Samui in April

Ok, so we've now decided on visiting Koh Samui in April next year. Similar to my last posts I am now just researching about the best beaches for children in April. Ideally shallow water, sandy and no strong tides. I have been to Samui before and stayed in Chaweng each time and found the beach good, however this was without children.

I am not against staying in Chaweng again, but wanted to gain thoughts on places like Bophut and Maenam as well.

Any help or ideas are appreciated.

Hi,

We stayed with kids at Chaweng, but 10 mins walk from all the commotion. Se we enjoyed the quiet beaches and atmosphere, and walked to Chaweng at the evening. You can read more details in my trip blog.
