can anyone recommned a nice quiet budget place to stay on lonely beach that will be good for solo female traveller to meet others? i like to party but don't want to be able to sleep so close to the action but not in it.
also, what is going on at the treehouse now it has moved location to the other bay, do they have yoga/parties etc just curious as to what goes on there as its quite isolated.

Just a warning...there was a post on here about 10 day's ago warning people about Siam Huts there about people, girls and guys, having their drinks spiked and fights. Be careful around this place, and don't stay there if alone.
i wouldn't want to stay in siam huts anyway, it's got very crappy rooms.
try kachapura resort- rooms are nice for 7-800b

When I was there about three weeks ago, there were no parties/yoga/etc. It was quiet and peaceful. Other guests seemed friendly, but it wasn't a party crowd.
