Hello. I have bought kitchenware at the weekend market in Bangkok but was wondering which market during the week also sells knives. Bowls etc.

If you're referring to Chatuchak... alongside the market there's a 2 or 3 storey shopping mall with food court, shops etc. In the basement they basically sell the same kitchenware which you can buy in the market. It's open every day. And alongside the market there are many other shops selling glassware etc. Again open every day.

be careful when boarding your plane home - I forgot about a very hi-quality kitchen knife in my hand-luggage once and ended up standing in the middle of a ring of automatic firearms in the middle of the airport.
