Hi there is no way round it I have spoke to jet airways today and they have said no visa you won't be getting on the plane

่I recently traveled from Bkk to UK and back again. I have a Non-imm B visa (extension), all that I can say is that the staff at Jet do not really understand Thai visas and I had to speak to a manager at one point because a whole gaggle of staff were humming and harring about letting me on the plane. The issue was that my extension had less than 30 days left on it. Pleas that I had a work permit and everything (including a tesian baan) fell on ignorant ears. They eventually let me on, but I had to get pretty rude.
The moral is - be very careful, I don't think they will let you on without the correct visa, I did and they still hassled me. Beware.

Tell them you will sign a disclaimer. So if refused entry in Thailand they aren't liable to fly you back for free. Can also book a flight from Thailand to Cambodia within 30 days.
only staying 28 days then into cambodia
Do that by air (cheap AirAsia ticket booked in advance) and it's problem solved.

#5 Tell them you will sign a disclaimer
Yeah right, LOL.
If it was that easy other people would be saying that.
OP it's their rules. You must abide or not fly. Do what Bob says.

TBL,
Don't be so ignorant. Airlines will do this to cover themselves. Have done it and seen it done. Airlines have these rules to prevent them being liable for a return flight if a passenger is refused entry. Signing a legal document removes this liability.
