Hi,
I will be spending about 10 weeks or so on Koh Pha Ngan and am wondering , as a "just in case" scenario, if there is a dentist on Koh Samui that any posters have used and can personally recommend? I have no dental issues at present, but have a number of older filings and was hoping to have one( a dentist) in mind, should I need to cross that bridge while I am there. Thanks in advance.

You sure are covering your bases but here you go Dr. Jimmy, since 12 years my fave dentist on Samui. Nowadays residing opposite Tesco Lotus in Chaweng.

There's so many others all over the island that you won't be short of immediate help if needed.

Hmmmm. Lots of things that I worry about going to Phangan, but that's not one of them, and my teeth are terrible.

I suggest that as you are worried about your fillings falling out, take some temporary filling material, available from a pharmacy. Works long enough to get to a dentist somewhere without having to cut your holiday short.
Bound to be a dentist in Thon Sala.

There is a nice young lady dentist with a modern surgery on Koh Phangan on the Ban Tai Rd on the left a few k out of Thongsala towards Had Rin. It is signed. I used her last year and she was good for fillings and stuff.

I want some implant work this trip - but not sure if she can do this.
