^^ Absolutely, but this forum is for us to give our OPINION, and mine is that there is no way I'd get major dental work done on an island with just a few patients compared to the thousands that they get in Bkk.
Same as I go to Chiang Mai if I need dental work, rather than the small town where I live.

Just a few patients, mmm, don't know when you where last here to visit a dentist, they have a pretty good filled schedule, but to each his own.
For major surgery, yes, I would agree, for a dentist, a dentist can only take on so many clients/patients per day, doesn't matter if he lives in BKK or Samui or anywhere else.

I agree on the acknowledge part, a short thanks would be sufficient and should be done.
