Hi all hope your enjoying trips etc in Thailand, can you tell me what the weather is like in koh Samui at the minute, reports state that it is just thunder storms while my past experience has been that there are breaks of storms in the day and then the sun shines!!! which is it please. x

Have a look at my Samui info and weather blog, first link below, first hand information on a daily base, today it was a typical Samui April day, steaming hot and sunny.
The forecast predict strong wind and overcast but hardly any rain at all for the next week.

First I want to commend you for your intelligent question about the weather....
Usually the questions are.."What's the weather gonna be like in 2 months time..??"...or whenever..??...
However,I have found what I think is the best info and forecast on Koh Samui weather @ Saltwater Dreaming.com....It is a Phuket surfing site,tho' it is very descriptive and simple to read....and has 7 day forecasts....They actually give a weekly forecast as well but I would'nt count on that too much....
Plus heaps of other info you might find interesting.....Have fun....!!!

The weather was great yesterday and is beautiful today and tomorrow........even limbo1 doesn't know :o)

Check Windguru, till Sunday it will be rgeat, than strong winds are supposed to visit Samui, however, hardly any rain to go with it.
Right now it's way too hot!

We had a very big shower last night between 18.00 and 19.00 h.

I know you live on Samui. So do I. The wheater is unpredictable.
April is supposed to be dry and very hot. It is not hot al all.
April last year same same.
But nver mind, the sun is shining again today.
And a shower now and then is very good for my garden.
