Hey guys!
im a 30 y/o guy from new york Planning(planning is an overstatement) a one month trip to Thailand mid jan(now!) and was wondering what is a good central hostel in bangkok where i can meet and get some advice on where to go. was thinking a few days in Bangkok to get my bearings, check out the sites, and maybe a bit of nightlife. Other than that i have a really vague outline on what to do...ive heard many great things and would like to do a bit of everything...the islands, phuket, beaches, full moon party?, chiang mai, temples, markets, and food!!...not into petting enclosed tigers because thats just wrong...oh and i would also like to get a bad ass custom suit for cheap...any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Have you read theDestinations section of lonely planet.com? Has lots of tips on things to do and see. But heck, with a month there isn't really any great need to plan everything down to the last dot.
