I'd like to stay overnight on Koh Phi Phi in late September. But I have a flight to catch the next day at 12:50 pm departing from Phuket airport. I checked the ferry schedule, but the earliest one as posted on internet is 9:00 am and it takes around 2 hours from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket pier. If this is the case, I think I will probably miss my flight given the additional 1 hour (is that correct?) travelling time between Phuket pier to Phuket airport. So I am wondering whether there is any speedboat which is faster, going to Phuket in early morning?
Many thanks.

You could probably charter a speedboat - very expensive. I suggest you contact Destination Air, who have seaplane flights...

Many thanks Batfish and Smartcookie.
Either seaplane or chartered speedboat is too expensive for me. :-( But I really want to stay in Phi Phi for at least one night, so I am thinking of changing my itinerary as follows. Can anyone take a look and let me know whether it's workable?
New plan:
Day 1: Flight arrival at Phuket at night and stay in Patong beach, Phuket;
Day 2: One day tour from Phuket to Phi Phi and stay overnight in Phi Phi;
Day 3: One day tour from Phi Phi to Phang Nga with sea canoe and stay in Patong beach, Phuket (I am wondering whether there is any tour going to Phang Nga from Phi Phi?);
Day 4: Back to Phuket airport from Patong beach in the morning.
Thanks a lot.

He/she often does trips to the nice hotels up on the Laem Thong peninsula of PP and connects by speedboat. There may be a situation where one hotel puts on a regurlar morning shuttle which you could pay onto.
I have some general info on PP in the second link below.
