I've searched online - but can't seem to find a recent answer. Has anyone used Vietnam Visa Pro to get the Vietnam approval letter for getting visas at HCMC airport? They are much cheaper ($6 per letter) than some of the others I've seen online....
Any advice? Or any recommendations for who to use? Going to the Vietnamese embassy in South Africa is not an option as it is a 2 hour flight away!

vietnamvisapro.net are absolutely fine. They are among the cheapest, but as good as any of the others, so you can pay more if you want, but it won't buy you anything extra,

I used http://vietnamvisapro.com/ for my Visa Approval Letter.
My Visa Approval Letter took 2 days to arrive. It contained 25 names, including mine.
If your nationality in this list:

you could get e-visa by entering this website ( Vietnam portal on immigration official:

Just to say - I used them - and they were fantastic. Not even 24 hours, and received the letter. No fuss. And that was for the regular service!
