I applied and paid for 90 day approval letters from Vietnam Visa Choice on 24th September but have heard nothing.
I've checked my junk folder but there's nothing there.
I've tried to contact them through their website contact us form but nothing yet.
We're due to fly on Tuesday so I'm getting a bit nervous! Has anyone else had problems with them recently? Has anyone got any other contact info for them?

If time is a problem do it again trough Your text to link here.... They are cheap, legit and you'll get approval letter 24-48 hours later.As for agency you use, could be scam. Just foret money you lost and move on.
Infact, Your text to link here...is even cheaper and faster in response. And although the first one I mentiin is ok I would use pro.com since your time of flight is soon.
It's always better to do some research on the Thorn Tree BEFORE you pick a visa service company. But it's too late for that now. You have two options: 1) Wait and pray your letter from Visa Choice shows up or, 2) QUICKLY apply at a company that has been recommended here many times.
I've been using www.vietnamvisapro.net $15USD 90 day single entry and $20USD 90 day multi-entry. Much cheaper than Vietnam Visa Choice (one of the most expensive services BTW)and the one linked above.
$15 or $20 seems like cheap insurance to me but as sure as you order the second letter the first one will probably show up! Up to you but don't wait till you need to pay for rush service.
Panic over they have resent the email with the letter attached. No idea what happened to the first one?

I am having a similar experience. How did you go about contacting Vietnam Visa Choice as they are not replying to any emails and I haven't received the letter via email yet. How long did yours take in totality?

Sorry you're having difficulties too. I had a reply from them in the end from email vietnamvisachoice@gmail.com. Try to contact them on that address. Otherwise they have a Facebook page.
To be fair, I think it was actually a problem with my email account rather than Visa Choice, when they resent the email with attached approval letter it looked like it had originally been sent only 2 days after my application.
