Yes ! I just got a tattoo at France Passion of Tery Do , 2 carps and I really love the art of tattoo since I got it , really.... really nice. He made it very well, hygiene is good , the price is cheap ... I remember his Facebook is Tery Do.

i am in saigon currently and getting a large tattoo done by Tery Do at France Passion tattoo in District 1. He specializes in freehand work, but will work with your designs or use flash. the shop is clean and he follows good hygiene protocols. s rates are now $90/hrUS. He is detail oriented and a very good artist, and versatile.I am absolutely loving the work he is doing.
