Hi. I'm currently in Thailand, but will be arriving in Hanoi in Vietnam this coming Friday. I'm traveling solo, which is fine, but would also be interested in meeting up with a fellow traveler or travelers if it works out. If you do not get any replys via this website, just head down to the "bia hoi" corner in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. There you can have a few glasses of cheap beer, and meet tons of other travellers and locals. Good place to hook up with fellow travellers doing Vietnam, especially after 6pm.

I just returned from 3 weeks in VN and found the easiest way to meet lots of fellow travellers in on the open tour buses. They go from Hanoi to Saigon with stops in between and you'll meet a great cross section of travellers to hang out with. A great deal too....you'll pay $28-33 for 7 stops
