I'm looking for nice not crowded public beach near Da Nang with cozy accomodation near. Could someone advice where to find it?
I heard that some beaches outside Da Nang are not public and you can't use the unless you are a guest of local hotel.
No beaches to talk about in Danang. China Beach is a huge one lined with big pretentious resorts. GO TO HOI AN (34 km south) for the very nice An Bong Beach in addition to all the historic monuments and delicious food
When will you be there? During summer all beaches in Danang are crowded, if not summer, it's fine.
Both An Bang and Cua Dai beach in Hoi An are beautiful, possible to swim in Cua Dai now after some years of erosion, but the same story in Danang, crowded in summer 'cuz of VNamese tourists
An Bang beach is a great choice. It is about 3 km from Hoi An Ancient Town to the east and 20 km from Danang city center.
