International flights to/from Hue?

There used to be a Bangkok/Danang flight with Thai airways. You could probably organise to go from Saigon or Hanoi (closer) direct to Hue as part of your trip if you fly Vietnam airlines (they have special fairs too and are pretty good i think).

PB Air flies Danang - BKK 3 days/week. But it's not cheap. You might consider flying to Hanoi from Hue, then taking Air Asia to BKK.

Agree with Bisbee. Fly with Vietnam Airlines from Hue to Hanoi then connect your flight to Bangkok with Thai Air Asia. You can connect your flight on the same day. Note that Air Asia is a budget airlines so you should book ealy to get a cheap air fare.

I forgot to mention, flight Hue - Hanoi about US$52 one way, and flight Hanoi - Bangkok about US$70 one way including tax (book on line). But you have to pay airport tax US$14 at Noi Bai airport. In the near future, that tax will be added into your ticket.
