Honeymoon in December?

I am going to be on my Honeymoon in December, can anyone recommend a good place to chill on a beach away from too many crowds. Thanks in advance.

phu quoc - the quiet beach there - Ong Lang Beach - is very quiet and the bungalows are fairly comfortable though not luxurious if that's what you're after. hidden further along on the same beach is a slightly more expenive place called mango bay resort which others have recommended - that may be more luxurious, not sure. enjoy!

Hi there

I am also going to be in Vietnam for Christmas 2007 with my husband. I've just been looking at Phu Quoc and although it seems lovely, it also seems hard to reach - a £100 flight from HCMC but then a dodgy boat ride back! (As we're going from there to Cambodia).

Is Mui Ne a better alternative? Only 3 hours from HCMC and lots to do like sand boarding and watching surfers! Is it a pretty area though?

I've also considered Nha Trang but believe the weather might not be too good in December...

Hi,

Phu Quoc is the best beach is Vietnam at christmas time. But u have to book really soon.
We was in mango Bya, it was wonderful.
