Below your budget but we normally go mid/ upper mid range- TV, wireless, central, aircon type room.

As we had to leave our hotel yeserday we tried the nearest hotel to it and were v impressed- La Vien Hotel. Staff are nice, room is lovely, breakfast included, in backpacker area. We only paid $22. Our room is the cheapest so you could spend more for a superiour.

We feel it's much better value than An An hotel which we stayed in for a week before this one (which is a nice hotel too by the way).
