Nothing direct from USA, all via Tokyo (NRT) or Shainghai or Hong Kong or Seoul or Taiwan.Cheapest will be to Bangkok (BKK), then catch a Air Asia among others from BKK to Hanoi.Hanoi is about $400 to $700 from the other cities above...Check Kayak.com and Orbitz
