Hanoi Paradise Hotel and Sunrise Hotel info?

Does anyone have any info on these "new remodeled" hotels. I cannot find any reviews. thanks for your help.

Hanoi Paradise hotel.
We stayed there 2 weeks ago. It is a clean friendly place nice big rooms with 2 queen size beds. Front part of the hotel, only 4 rooms, has no lift so an unfit person is in trouble on the 4th floor. However the back part of the hotel has a lift. I will choose to stay there again next time I am in Hanoi. They have a website. www.hanoiparadisehotel.com

Did you manage to find any information on the Sunrise Hotel? I am looking at it myself as a potential place to stay when I get back to Hanoi...
