I doubt if you will receive a reply from the OP as she has not used the forum since the day she posted this.
This suggests that she too, is a troll with multi log-ins.
One of the terms you refer to is on racism. Is it not racist to assume that items stolen were done by a local? She offers no evidence that the item was stolen. Read her item again. She noticed later that her 'phone was missing. She could have just lost it, but no, it must have been the Vietnamese man. She said that the shopkeeper who saw everything did nothing. Did she ask him if he saw anything? No. Why did he do nothing? Most likely because he saw nothing.
Most of us on this branch would like to see the touts and scammers reduced. (For example: companies taking the name of a reputable company and trade under that name- a typical example is Sinhcafe. The original is a good company, the rest are often not).
But an ignorant rant in which all things Vietnamese must be bad, is ridiculous.
i've never had a cell phone stolen anywhere...of course i've never own or rented one either
