Our family used Columbus Travel in Hanoi for a very successul Halong Bay adventure. Good leaders, good food. Our 2 kids felt adopted by them. Do the kayaking!

But, as always, that was just our one experience.

I used the Kangaroo cafe in Hanoi. Very good, transport and boat trip all sorted at a good price. No problems at all. Beware though, apparently there is a fake Kangaroo cafe, the real one is run by an Australian, fella of around 50(apologies if Im wrong with the age) nice bloke.

I took the Sinh Cafe tour booked via my Hanoi hotel. It was fine ...twin beds with ensuite with shower. $57 for 1 night with 2 lunches, dinner and breakfast and kayaking. All the meals were fine but not excessive except the breakfast which was passable but the lunch at hotel on land made up for it.

Ditto - Kangaroo Cafe - very professional - couldn't fault them, the boat, guide, accommodation, or the food - US$67 pp for max 8people - highlight of our trip.

Columbus, just as a matter of strategy, let your satisfied customers do the talking for you. Commercial operators ARE NOT ALLOWED to advertise or promote their own services on this board. You will do more DAMAGE to your reputation by talking than by shutting up.
