Hi,
during our two-week-stay in Vietnam we plan to take a flight from Nha Trang to Hanoi. However, we get a little confused by the info we have received. On Vietnam Airlines´s website it says there are only two flights a week (on Thursdays and Saturdays). Other websites says there are several flights a day on that route. Can anybody give us some reliable info since the Vietnam Airlines´s e-mail address seems to malfunction? Specifically we would like to know if there are any flights on Sundays.

I took this flight a couple of months ago and it went every day. But #1 above has it going in the morning, my flight left at 13:40 and got into Hanoi at 15:20. There could be 2 flights per day but I don't think so. Cost around $85usd booked directly at Vietnam Air office. You can/should also book taxi at the Vietnam Air office it's a LOT cheaper!!

I have just looked at Vietnam Airlines website and it has 2-3 flights per day, every day departing 0920 arriving 1100, then variously depending upon the day of the week.

Many, many thanks for your rapid and informative replies. We can now see that Vietnam Airlines has updated their website with new info. Their e-mail addresses seem to malfunction still though. Guess we have to call them.

And the plane doesnt leave from Nha Trang but instead leaves from Cam Ranh which is about 45 minutes south of Nha Trang.

The best way to get accurate flight schedules in vietnam is to log on http://www.amadeus.net<BR>There is one daily flight from Nha Trang (Cam Ranh airport, 1 hour ride south of nha Trang city) to Ha Noi
From Nha Trang to Sai Gon, there are daily flights too (2 or 3 per day)
regular train 5 star express train
By road, it's a 8-10 hours ride
