Given the short time, am thinking of just skipping Central Vietnam and going south after Hanoi to Saigon for Mekong Delta tour. Then to Cambodia for Angkor Wat.

What do you think?

The South is less interesting than the Center ; I would do North + Center and then take a DIRECT flight Danang-Siem Reap
