Vietnamese Visa in Phnom Penh

Country forums / South-East Asia Mainland / Cambodia

Hi, I plan to get my visa for Vietnam in Phnom Penh, I read than it's cheaper, faster and easier to get it from a travel agent or even my hotel than the embassy. Did anyone experience this? Do you have any recommendation about a travel agent in Phnom Penh who does that? And one important question, how much time do I have to get into Vietnam once I get the Visa? my flight for Vietnam is the 22 of august and I plan to get the visa this week. Thanks a lot!

I got my Vietnamese Visa through Capital Guest House and went off to Sihanoukville for a couple of days, on the Capital Tours bus down to Sihanoukville was a guy with a briefcase full of passports, turns out mine was one of them as they ship them all off to the Vietnamese Consulate in Sihanoukville. No problems at all.

I always use the Capitol G H or Bus Company $60 collect it on the 3rd day.
You state the day that you arrive 22 August
If you are not going to be in P.P.for 3 days, apply for a VOA at
www.vietnamvisapro.com $10 then pay $45 at the Airport
