Vientiane to Hanoi

Hey

Is there any other airline that flies from Vientiane to Hanoi other than Laos Airlines?

Alternatively, what is the best way of getting from Laos (we'll be in the top section) to Vietnam north? We're thinking of doing the Mekong from Thailand down to Louang Phabang and Van Viang. Any suggestions?
