Travel to Cambodia

Hi!
My boyfriend and I are now staying on Phu Quoc for another 2 weeks, we booked a hotel for this time and a flight back to Hanoi. But we would love to visit Phnom Penh for a day or 2. We would like to arrange it ourselves. We already have a multiple entry visa for Vietnam, so that should not be a problem. Does anyone have any tips on which website to go to for boattickets and bustickets? And does anyone know what the roads are like in Cambodia?

1. Ferry boat from Chau Doc (Mekong Delta) to Phnom Penh.
2. Speed boat from Phu Quoc to Ha Tien, bus from Ha Tien (Via Xa Xia border gate) to Phnom Penh.
   Fly PP to Hanoi?

It's very easy to arrange it, but how much time do you have and how are you getting back to Hanoi from Phnom Penh?
2 weeks on Phu Quoc is a very long time.
