Social Hostel or Guesthouse in Luang Prabang

I am looking for a place with people and social rooms/bar in Luang that I can stay at. I will be traveling alone and like meeting other people...I usually just stay at hostels but I am struggling to find much online about a good social one (does not need to be a party atmosphere) but with people in their 20's.

Suggestions?
